The importance of People
People are the most important resource for the Company.
For this reason, Galstaff Multiresine S.p.A. is constantly committed to ensuring effective involvement of its employees to understand their needs and requirements, guaranteeing a healthy and safe workplace.
The health and safety of people is an absolute priority. Therefore, the Company organizes numerous training courses, in line with current regulatory provisions.
Furthermore, the Company procedures regarding the protection of health and safety are adopted in line with the Seveso Directive for the Risk of Major Accidents (Legislative Decree 105/2015) and with Legislative Decree 81/2008, the Consolidated Law on Safety that regulates the protection of the health and safety of workers in the workplace.
Support the Community
Galstaff Multiresine S.p.A. has always been active in order to support the territory in which it operates, building a network of relationships with institutional, social and sports entities.
Among the various activities carried out over the years, on the sports front, we can mention the sponsorship of the Insubria volley Mornago volleyball Club, as well as the support for the youth football team in the Municipality of Vergiate.
Galstaff Multiresine S.p.A. is also active on the culture and education front. In this context, the Company hosted, as part of the “open gates” initiative promoted by Federchimica, the third classes of the Dante Alighieri middle school of Varese at its production site in Mornago.
The initiative is part of the ‘Pmi Day – Industriamoci’ project during the Confindustria Business Culture week and created with the aim of making young people aware of the reality of chemical companies and showing them the production processes.
Furthermore, in 2023 Galstaff Multiresine S.p.A. donated to build a science lab at the Mornago primary and secondary school.
Finally, the Company is committed to supporting the Municipality in organizing parties and recreational events for the community.
