FTALON 692/55 XT

FTALON 692/55 XT is a short-oil alkyd resin from vegetable fatty acids, suitable for bright or matt 2K polyurethane and nitrocellulose varnishes on wood. Features rapid drying, medium OH content, and low-cost formulation potential. Rigid resin; correct selection of URONAL isocyanates or blending with plasticizer resins (FTALON 28/43) is important. Offers low yellowing when combined with appropriate aliphatic or aliphatic/aromatic isocyanates. Compatible with FTALON resins, nitrocellulose, plasticizers, isocyanate adducts, and isocyanurates. Soluble in aromatics, esters, ketones, and glycol ethers; insoluble in alcohols and aliphatics.
