SINTAL S 50/50 D-40

SINTAL S 50/50 D40 is an alkyd resin from vegetable oils medium oil, suitable for decorative synthetic enamels and air-drying one-component paints, both for DIY and professional applications. It ensures fast drying, good gloss retention, resistance to weathering, and low yellowing. Formulated with de-aromatized white spirit for low-odor coatings, it complies with Directive 2004/42/EC on VOC limits. The resin is compatible with medium and long oil alkyds, stand oils, and hard resins, and is soluble in common solvents except alcohols. Proper drying is achieved with metal driers (Co, Mn, Zr, Ca, Sr).
